30 Rock star Tina Fey took home a win at the Creative Arts Primetime Emmys for her impersonations of former Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live.

As Fey received her Emmy, she gave a nod to Palin’s recent resignation as the Governor of Alaska. “Mrs Palin is an inspiration to working mothers everywhere because she bailed on her job right before Fourth of July weekend. You are living my dream. Thank you, Mrs Palin.”

The Creative Arts Primetime Emmys primarily honor achievements in technical categories and other low-profile roles. This marks the sixth Emmy Award win for Tina Fey and she is up for two more at the main Emmy Awards ceremony next weekend for her work on 30 Rock.

Justin Timberlake also won a guest-starring Emmy for his appearance as a host and performer on Saturday Night Live. The award was the first time a SNL host has ever won an Emmy Award for their appearance on the show.
