The details of Sandra Bullock and Jesse James’ divorce remain sealed to the public. RadarOnline.com reports both parties signed the official divorce documents last week.

Jesse James has admitted cheating on Sandra Bullock during their nearly five-year marriage. The West Coast Choppers CEO has been accused of having affairs with a number of women, including tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, former employee Merilee Gert and photographer Brigitte Daguerre.

Sandra Bullock’s divorce from Jesse James makes way for The Blind Side star to move forward with the single parent adoption of her new baby son Louis.

Weird News: Mexican Singer Sergio Vega Dead Hours After Denying Death Rumors

Famed Mexican singer Sergio Vega, aka El Shaka, was murdered Saturday night just hours after denying rumors he was already dead. Vega was on his way to perform at a concert when he was shot and killed in his car.

Sergio Vega had commented on premature rumors of his death only hours before the shooting. “It’s happened to me for years now, someone tells a radio station or a newspaper I’ve been killed, or suffered an accident,” Vega told the entertainment website La Oreja. “And then I have to call my dear mum, who has heart trouble, to reassure her,” he said.

Vega was reportedly driving a red Cadillac on Saturday night when an unidentified suspect in a truck began firing at the car. According to a passenger in the car, Vega lost control of the vehicle and crashed. The unidentified gunman then reportedly approached the car and shot Vega in the head, according to Mexican police.

El Shaka, as he was known on stage, was a Grupero (Mexican folk music) performer and often sang narcocorridos – songs celebrating the Mexican drug trade and drug lords. These performers are often targeted by rival drug gangs and handful of other Grupero musicians have also been killed in the past few years, according to the BBC.

Las Vegas police officer Barbara Morgan confirmed Vince Neil’s arrest on suspicion of DUI to CBS News. No other details of the rocker’s arrest have yet been released.

This is not the first time Vince Neil has been in trouble with the law over allegedly driving drunk. Neil lost control of his car in 1984, striking another vehicle. Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas “Razzle” Dingley, who was a passenger in Neil’s car, was killed. Two people in the vehicle struck by Neil were seriously injured.

Neil was charged with vehicular manslaughter and DUI following the crash and sentenced to 30 days in jail, five years probation and 200 hours of community service. He was also ordered to pay $2.6 million in restitution to the victims of the accident.

Chris Brown BET Awards 2010 Michael Jackson Tribute Controversy

Was Chris Brown’s BET Awards crying fit during a tribute to Michael Jackson on Sunday the real thing? Or just another attempt to redeem himself in the eyes of the public after beating former girlfriend Rihanna to a pulp?

Chris Brown seemingly broke down in tears during a tribute to Michael Jackson at the BET Awards Sunday, but some are questioning the theatrical timing of his crying jag. During a performance of “Man in the Mirror,” Brown choked up and at one point, dramatically fell to his knees.

This stunning moment happened, interestingly enough, right during the perfect time in the lyrics to appeal to the audience as remade man who regrets thrashing his girlfriend in a domestic dispute.

I’m starting with the man in the mirror
I’m asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself, and then make a change

So what do you think of Chris Brown’s BET Awards breakdown? A genuine emotional response? Or a hack-job publicity stunt? We’re just going to plead no comment. To us, a man who beats up women should have never been up on that stage in the first place.

Longest Serving Senator Robert Bryd Dead at 92

West Virginia Senator Robert Byrd, the longest serving member of Congress on record, died Monday at the age of 92. Byrd was admitted to the hospital last week and listed in “serious” condition. No official cause of his death has yet been released. Senator Bryd has been in frail health for several years and was previously hospitalized three times in 2009.

Senator Byrd was admitted to the hospital last week on suspicion of heat exhaustion and severe dehydration, but his office reported over the weekend that his condition had become “serious.” A spokesman for Bryd’s family said he died peacefully around 3 AM at a hospital in Fairfax, VA.

Senator Robert Bryd served in Congress longer than anyone else in U.S. history. Bryd was first elected to Congress on January 3, 1953 and never lost an election. The Democratic Senator of West Virginia also held the record for casting the most roll call votes – 18,680 – than any other Senator.

West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin will appoint a replacement for Byrd to serve out the remainder of his term, which ends in 2013.
