True Blood star Anna Paquin is bisexual and she’s not afraid to tell the world! Paquin, who is engaged to True Blood co-star Stephen Moyer, came out as bisexual as part of a new online public service campaign aimed at promoting gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality.
“I’m Anna Paquin. I’m bisexual and I give a damn,” the True Blood hottie says in the PSA video. Paquin made the revelation on-camera at a private taping in Los Angeles for the True Colors Fund “Give a Damn” campaign. Sources at the shoot reportedly said no one knew in advance she was going to come out as bisexual for the PSA.
Other notable celebrities taking part in the Give a Damn PSA videos include Kim Kardashian, Elton John, Cynthia Nixon, Clay Aiken and Sharon and Kelly Osbourne.
Anna Paquin has never discussed her sexual orientation in the press until now. Paquin became engaged to True Blood on-screen love interest Stephen Moyer in August, 2009. No wedding date has yet been announced.
We can only hope now that Anna Paquin has come out to say she likes girls too, we might get some really delicious Sookie Stackhouse bisexual goodness on True Blood in the future. You know the fans would be all over some of that!
